Jessica Rose McEachern

I see therapy as a creative, collaborative process. I am influenced by the work of Carl Jung, and I have received post-graduate training in a diverse set of treatment modalities (EMDR, IFS, ACT, CPT, PE, EFT). I enjoy using a unique blend of EMDR and IFS for deeper trauma work, but I am also comfortable with more traditional forms of talk therapy. For work with couples/families, I use a family systems approach and am well-suited to helping couple/family units navigate neurodivergence such as ADHD, highly sensitive people (HSP), BPD and Bipolar Disorder. I am open to and encourage discussing spirituality in our therapy sessions.
My specific areas of focus and interest include: parenting and family relationships, couples counselling, developmental trauma and attachment injuries, complex and/or chronic PTSD, Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder, existential anxiety/depression, ADHD/highly sensitive people, and spiritual growth/development.
I will provide the tools and expertise, and help you to access your own courage and confidence so we can dig deep. We will uncover the roots of whatever is weighing you down, and set you free. Suffering may be inevitable, but the antidote is to create a meaningful life that is worth living. I can help you with that.
